    You’ll receive a clear, personalised breakdown of:

  • It’s a one-to-one session where I take a deep dive into how things are running behind the scenes in your business — your tools, systems, team, and day-to-day operations. I’ll identify what’s working, what’s slowing you down, and what you can do to improve. You’ll get a personalised report with clear, practical next steps.

  • Just fill in a short intake form before we meet. That gives me a bit of background so we can make the most of our 60 minutes. No need to prep anything fancy — just come ready to talk through what’s going on behind the scenes.

  • That’s totally fine — this is often the best time to do an audit. I’ll meet you exactly where you are and help you lay the groundwork for building out systems that actually support you.

  • Yes. You’ll receive the Zoom recording along with your written report, so you can refer back whenever you need.

  • You’ll receive your personalised report within four working days of our session.

  • You’ll have the option to book a 15-minute follow-up call to ask questions about your report and talk about next steps.

  • Implementation isn’t included in the audit, but if you’d like help bringing your action plan to life, you’ll have the option to work with me through a separate support package.
